High school football: Philipsburg-Osceola names Michael Soyster head coach

— The Philipsburg-Osceola school board approved the hiring of Michael Soyster as the new football coach on Tuesday night.

Soyster, a State College resident, was approaved by the board with a 6-1 vote at a salary of $4,815.
