UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State won all six events in beating Temple 431.550-401.600 Saturday at Rec Hall.
Trevor Howard claimed event titles in the rings, high bar and parallel bars, while Alexis Torres was first in the floor exercise, Tristan Duverglas won the vault and Craig Hernandez was first in the pommel horse.
Penn State hosts Illinois in both a men’s and women’s meet next weekend.
Meanwhile in Happy Valley, Penn State put up a season-high 196.150 points, but it wasn’t enough to top No. 8 Nebraska’s 197.225 Saturday at Rec Hall.
Kassidy Stauder led the way with her all-around score of 39.350, tying for event titles in the uneven bars and balance beam, and Emma Sibson tied for the top score in the vault.
The Nittany Lions will host Illinois next Saturday in a double-dual with the men.
