Boy faces drug charges after paraphernalia found in Philipsburg school

A 15-year-old Osceola Mills boy will have drug charges filed against him.

State police at Phlipsburg said that at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, the youth was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School. The school contacted police about the incident.
