Indecent assaults reported in Centre Region

February 14, 2014

A pair of indecent exposure incidents are being investigated in the Centre Region.

State College Police Lt. Chris Fishel said that on Wednesday at 6:13 p.m., a man exposed his genitalia to a woman on the 300 block of Fraternity Row. The suspect, a white male with gray hair and a full beard, was driving a white truck, possibly a Chevy Silverado, that appeared to have a lift kit installed and a large antenna on the rear left of the vehicle. The victim was on the sidewalk at the time.

Patton Township police confirmed that they had responded to a similar incident earlier in the week in the parking lot at Ulta in the Trader Joe’s Plaza.

Fishel encouraged anyone with information to contact police at 234-7150.

“If this is happening enough, someone will know something,” he said.
