Traci Evans was promoted to director of surgical specialty operations for Mount Nittany Physician Group.

Evans will be responsible for directing operational aspects of a group of practices and clinic sites anddirecting the clinical and operational managers.

Evans began with State College Urologic Associates in 1981, was promoted to practice manager in 1995 and became employed by Mount Nittany Physician Group in 2010, when the urology practice joined Mount Nittany Health.

She holds an associate degree in specialized business from South Hills School of Business & Technology and is a certified medical practice executive.

Lisa Wolf has been promoted to director of medical specialty operations for Mount Nittany Physician Group

Wolf will be responsible for directing the clinical, operational, and financial aspects of multiple medical specialty facilities.

Wolf received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University and her master’s degree in health care administration from Xavier University. She began with Mount Nittany Physician group in 2011, working as a practice manager.

Ten hospitalists have joined Mount Nittany Physician Group’s newhospitalist program at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

They are Thomas Covaleski, medical director; Jonathan Siuta, assistant director; Robert Coll; Philippe Leveille; Karen Paczkowski; Ryan Ridenour; Jessica Stevens; Heidi Averill; Sara Dungan; and Ben Steward.

Hospitalists are medical practitioners whose primary focus is taking care of patients in a hospital setting. They are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
