Accused Rebersburg woman a no-show for hearing

From CDT staff reportsMarch 6, 2014

A Rebersburg woman did not show up for her preliminary hearing Wednesday, so District Judge Tom Jordan held it without her.

Pamela Tressler, 46, was bound over for trial on three counts of bad checks and one count of theft by deception. The charges stem from checks that she allegedly wrote to Lykens Market.

Jordan said he could see from the filings that Tressler had not picked up court documents.

The arresting officer testified that she had also not picked up letters from the market originally notifying her of the bounced checks.
