The Centre County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) hosted a statewide meeting on Friday, March 14, 2014, at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in State College. CIT is a partnership between police, EMS, Emergency Communications, mental health agencies, advocates, The National Alliance for The Mentally Ill and the correctional facility that provides a law enforcement-based crisis invention and de-escalation response to situations involving persons in crisis.
