Police investigating harassment over disputed horse sale in Brisbin

A dispute over a horse turned physical in Brisbin on Saturday, police said.

State police at Clearfield are investigating an incident of harassment at a business on Teutonic Avenue during which three women showed up at the business shortly after 5 p.m., despite being told not to, police said.

The women were angry about a horse they had bought and confronted four people at the business, police said.

The argument led to a physical altercation, police said.

The women fled the scene and may have struck a man at the business with their car, police said.

Anyone who saw the incident is asked to contact police at 857-3800.
