High school girls’ track and field: Bellefonte beats Brookville

— Bellefonte earned an 86-63 win over Brookville in their dual meet on Thursday.

Anya Hoaglund won the 1600 and 3200 races in addition to contributing to Bellefonte’s 4x800 relay win. She ran the 1600 in 5:57.80 and the 3200 in 13:13.26. The relay team finished with a time of 11:10.93.

Olivia Spratt finished first in the 110 hurdles (20.16), Kaitlyn Devore won the 400 (1:07.67) and Jessica Book won the 800 (2:54.54) for the Lady Raiders. Bellefonte also took each jump event. Morgan Mills won the long jump (13-9.75), Brooke Shirey finished first in the triple jump (29-11) and Rachel White was tops in the high jump (4-7).

Cassandra Book was first in the shot put (30-1.5) and Alexis Franks won the discus (92-0).
