James Franklin shares his thoughts after Penn State football's 8th spring practice on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Holuba Hall.

Penn State’s 2015 football recruiting class got another boost as the Nittany Lions pulled in their second verbal commitment in as many days.

Linebacker Josh Barajas committed to Penn State on Sunday, multiple recruiting sites reported. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound linebacker from Andrean High (Merrillville, Ind.) is considered a four-star prospect by 24/7 Sports and the top overall player in Indiana.

Barajas, who’s also rated as a four-star player by and, had offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State, among others. He’s the 11th player to join the 2015 class and the second linebacker to make the call, alongside Archbishop Wood’s Jake Cooper.

Barajas’ commitment is non-binding until he signs a National Letter of Intent next February.
