Girls track & field: Penns Valley splits with Central Mountain, Bald Eagle Area

— Penns Valley ran past Bald Eagle Area 108-42 but was edged by Central Mountain 84-65 Tuesday afternoon.

Chelsea Emel earned a pair of wins for the Lady Rams, taking first in both the shot put and discus. They also got wins from Naomi Olsen-Zelman in the 100-meter hurdles and Val Kubalak in the high jump.

The Lady Eagles picked up wins from Jordan Gill in the javelin and Michelle Kachik in the pole vault.
