Hearing waived in Howard corruption of minors case

A Howard woman accused of corruption of minors waived her preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

Daisey Joe Hartley, 37, heads towards trial on charges she gave three minors alcoholic beverages and exposed them to explicit sexual material. She faces three counts of corruption of minors and three counts of selling or furnishing alcohol. The charges stem from a June 2012 incident that was reported later when one of the minors told a parent.

She remains free on her own recognizance.
