Suspects in the State Patty's Day burglaries Andrew Ronczka, first, a University of Pittsburgh student, and Jesse Hribar, second, a Geneva College student leave the office after being arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Carmine Prestia, in State College, April 4, 2014. The men are charged with burglary and multiple counts of related felonies. The robberies occurred March 2, 2014 at Meridian II and University Towers, in State College, Pa.
