Penn State football: Nittany Lions to meet Michigan in prime time on Oct. 11 at the Big House

— Penn State and Michigan will square off in prime time when the Nittany Lions visit the Wolverines on Oct. 11.

The Big Ten Conference football battle will kick off at 7 p.m. in Ann Arbor, Mich., and air on ESPN or ESPN2, Penn State said Monday.

Last fall, Penn State defeated Michigan 43-40 in a four-overtime thriller at Beaver Stadium.

The 2014 contest will be Michigan’s first Big Ten home night game and the third overall in Michigan Stadium history.

Penn State’s Aug. 30 opener against Central Florida will kick off at 1:30 p.m. in Dublin; 8:30 a.m. ET.

The Nittany Lions will complete spring drills Saturday with the Blue-White Game at 1:30 p.m. at Beaver Stadium.

Parking lots will open at 8 a.m., and an autograph session with the players will begin at 10:45 a.m.

Admission and parking for the Blue-White Game are free.
