Hearing again delayed for heroin suspects

From CDT staff reportsApril 10, 2014

Two Moshannon Valley men charged with dealing heroin from a local business were set to be in court this week, but weren’t.

John L. Bowes, 33, of Decatur Township, Clearfield County, and Walter Wagner, 42, of Philipsburg, both continued their preliminary hearings for the second time Wednesday.

The pair were charged after state police served warrants on Bowes’ home and his Rush Township business, Rebel Towing, in March.
