Police: Penn State students pose nude on Nittany Lion Shrine

From CDT staff reportsApril 17, 2014

Three Penn State students who posed naked for a photo on the Nittany Lion Shrine early Wednesday morning are being referred to the university’s student conduct office, police said.

Police said they were called to the shrine around 1 a.m. after a report from an employee at Rec Hall who looked out a window of the building and saw three people who appeared to be naked.

When police arrived, they encountered three male students who were leaving the site but were completely dressed. Police said the men told them they did take a nude photo.

Police did not identify the students.
