Stock Market Game: Week 6

The Stock Market Game is a classroom simulation that offers players the opportunity to invest a hypothetical $100,000 in stocks, bonds and mutual funds.

Players can buy, sell, short sell and short cover.

Each week, the Centre Daily Times will publish the top three teams from participating local high schools.

The program is sponsored by Fulton Bank, Lion Country KIA, ProAct LTD and Videon Central. Participating school districts are Bald Eagle, Bellefonte, Penns Valley, State College and St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy.

Students are competing for $50 gift cards and other prizes.

The Stock Market Game is an award-winning educational program from EconomicsPennsylvania.
