High school girls lacrosse: State College can’t overcome slow start against Spring-Ford

— State College’s second-half comeback fell short in a 13-11 loss to Spring-Ford on Monday.

The Lady Little Lions (9-3) trailed 9-4 at halftime. Kiera Genser scored four goals and Julianna Radzinski had three goals and an assist to lead the Rams.

Kendall Loviscky paced State College with three goals. Carrie Mahon recorded two goals and three assists, and Caitlin McGlaughlin and Renee Olivett each scored twice.
