DUI charges pending for Philipsburg man

Police said they stopped a 21-year-old Philipsburg man along state Route 54 in Morris Township on Thursday at 4:05 a.m.

After the stop, the man failed field sobriety tests. A breath test determined his blood alcohol level to be .10.

Charges of driving under the influence and summary traffic offenses are pending.
