Centre County volunteers honored at Rose Cologne dinner

Ann Walker was honored with the Ann Graybill Cook Volunteer of Distinction Award during the 41st Annual Rose Cologne Volunteer Recognition Dinner at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel on Thursday.


— Ann Walker received the Ann Graybill Cook Volunteer of Distinction Award on Thursday evening at the annual Rose Cologne Volunteer Dinner.

The dinner honors individuals who work to further the missions of agencies connected with Centre County Council for Human Services.

In a gathering Thursday at The Penn State Conference Center Hotel, nominees from 43 organizations were recognized.

The event takes its name from the first Volunteer of the Year award winner, Rose Cologne, on April 6, 1973.
