High school boys’ lacrosse: Bishop Shanahan too much for State College

— Bishop Shanahan started strong by scoring six goals in the opening quarter en route to a 15-3 victory over State College on Saturday at Memorial Field.

The Little Lions (8-6) got a goal apiece from Sam Schwab, Luc Michael and Matt De La Nuez. State College was down 9-2 at halftime and 15-2 after three quarters.

Alex Wagner led the Eagles (9-1) with five goals while John Mehok added three goals.
