Police: Bad check buys new wheels

State police said they will be filing charges against a Huntingdon woman for buying a car with a bad check.

State police at Huntingdon said the 47-year-old woman paid I-Diehl Wheels in Porter Township, Huntingdon County, with a bad check. The incident occurred April 3 around noon.

The woman was notified that the check was not accepted by the bank. Police said she “did not pay for the vehicle with a valid check.”
