Letter to the editor | Totes help survivors cope

May 3, 2014

We have been members of Cancer Survivors Association for about four years and board members for more than a year.

We have seen how our totes have affected many people who have been diagnosed with cancer — any type of cancer. Each tote is canvas with a water bottle, blanket, a notebook to keep track of appointments and added items, such as pens and notepads.

To keep being able to give these totes out, we are personally donating to Cancer Survivors Association during the upcoming Centre Gives event, and I am asking my friends, family and neighbors to please do the same.
