From CDT staff reportsMay 3, 2014

State College police are investigating a report of suspicious activity from early Saturday morning.

Lt. Mark Argiro said police received a call from a female victim who told officers that an Asian man between the age of 30 and 40, with prominent cheekbones and spiky black hair approached her.

The woman was reportedly standing at the intersection of North Atherton Street and West College Avenue when the man in a light-colored, small sedan asked her to enter his vehicle and said he would pay her $300 to have sex with him.

Police said they have no suspect.
