High school track & field: Williams paces State College boys to win over Cumberland Valley

— Bryce Williams was a triple winner Tuesday afternoon at the South Track as State College dominated with wins in all but two events in a 108-42 victory.

Williams leaped ahead of the crowd in the high, long and triple jumps as the Little Lions earned 51 of a possible 63 points in the field events.

Matt Mullin (shot put), Sam Murphy (discus), Patrick Irwin (javelin) and Griffin Thompson (pole vault) added wins in the field.

On the track Little Lion winners included Tristan Daman (100 and 200), Chris Golembeski (400), Will Cather (800, 1,600), Alex Banerjee (110 hurdles) and John Smith (300 hurdles). State College also won the 400 and 1,600 relays.
