High school boys’ lacrosse: Lewisburg edges State College

— State College erased a three-goal halftime deficit, but fell short in a 9-8 loss to Lewisburg on Thursday.

Sam Schwab scored four goals and had two assists to lead the Little Lions, who scored four goals in the third quarter to tie the game 7-7. Jared Fox paced Lewisburg with five goals and two assists.

Brady Franks and Luc Michael each scored two goals, and PJ Bachman had three assists for State College (8-10). Noah Schwab made seven saves for the Little Lions.
