Benson, 27, Altoona, retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors.

Emily M. Boyles, 18, Bellefonte, misdemeanor paraphernalia; Damon A. Brown, 19, State College, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Carina Canney, 18, Bethlehem, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Robert S. Chaplin, 51, State College, felony child pornography; Christopher Combs, 21, Bronx, N.Y., felony criminal attempted forgery, misdemeanor counterfeit access device and possession of a counterfeit access device; Jonathan T. Durkin, 19, Boalsburg, misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police and summary traffic offenses.

Kelsey E. Eagan, 18, University Park, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors, and a summary traffic offense; Lindsey C. Earnest, 24, Lewistown, five counts of retail theft and five counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, all misdemeanors; David C. Gribble, 23, Bellefonte, theft by unlawful taking, access device issued to another person and possession of a counterfeit access device; Kevin Guerrier, 21, State College, misdemeanor simple assault and two summary charges.

Marta Hamilton, 34, Aaronsburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; John L. Heller, no age available, Beech Creek, two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and one summary offense; Shondel Herriman, 22, Bellefonte, access device issued to another, possession of counterfeit access device, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors; Tyler T. Irvin, 25, Bellefonte, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors; Marco J. Juliano, 19, Sewickley, two counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one count each drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense.

Jennifer A. Kelley, 40, Philipsburg, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, both misdemeanors; Dawn Lamb, no age available, Lewistown, five counts of retail theft, five counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft; Zachary Miller, 19, Phoenixville, misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; Matthew W. Murton, 25, Bellefonte, DUI first offense and DUI over .16 blood alcohol, both misdemeanors; Craig A. Neely, 24, State College, misdemeanor tampering with a fire apparatus and two summary offenses; Emmanuel Nwaobilo, 35, Huntingdon, misdemeanor DUI and three summary offenses; Travis Price Grant, 20, Bronx, N.Y., three felony counts of forgery and two counts of theft by deception and one count possession of a small amount of marijuana, all misdemeanors, and two summary offenses.

Reich, 31, Milton, felony theft of leased property; Tyler Rogalewic, 19, Bethlehem, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; Alex Samuel, 20, State College, misdemeanor simple assault and two summary offenses; Joshua E. Schreffler, 28, Bellefonte, misdemeanor theft by deception and receiving stolen property; Aaron M. Shaw, 24, Philipsburg, misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; Michael L. Shoffner, 48, Philipsburg, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.

Anthony Simonetti, 23, Lewistown, misdemeanor counts of DUI and DUI over .16 blood alcohol and a summary offense; Jonathan Stewart, 20, State College, misdemeanor simple assault and two summary offenses; Andrew C. Witt, 19, San Carlos, Calif., possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Shawn A. Young, 21, Philipsburg, corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors, both misdemeanors; Mauricio Estrella, 19, Hudson, Ohio, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

The following people were bound over for trial: Paul S. Kauffman, 51, Bellefonte, misdemeanor simple assault and a summary offense; Joy A. McCartney, 30, Lock Haven, misdemeanor accident involving damage and two summary traffic offenses; Tatia L. Blackwell, 47, Lock Haven, felony aggravated assault; and Gary C. Gentzel, 23, Bellefonte, misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police and two summary offenses.

The following people had their cases continued: Mohammed Alnefaie, 22, University Park, misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana; Anthony P. Alosi, 21, State College, simple assault and conspiracy to commit simple assault, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; Jacob D. Grove, simple assault and conspiracy to commit simple assault, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; James Horner, 46, Howard, misdemeanor counts of DUI and DUI over .16 blood alcohol and four summary offenses; Derrick Houdershield, 26, Bellefonte, six counts aggravated assault and two counts assault by a prisoner, all felonies, and misdemeanor institutional vandalism; Peggy S. Marty, 32, Philipsburg, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies; Johnny Maynard, 33, State College, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, controlled substance and possession of solvents, all misdemeanors; Zachary Miller, 26, State College, felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

The following people had charges dismissed: Heather L. Cole, 42, Howard, theft by unlawful taking, and Philip Mellott, 26, State College, misdemeanor simple assault and a summary offense.
