Antonaccio, 19, Long Valley, N.J., misdemeanor counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; Benjamin G. Bish, 20, Cambridge Springs, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and one summary offense; Shaun M. Bucha, 34, Snow Shoe, DUI, DUI over 0.16, drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors, and two summary offenses; Rebecca S. Corl, 42, Julian, DUI and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, and five summary offenses; John A. Koren Dides, 29, Pleasant Gap, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors; Joseph Donald, 40, Bellefonte, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, two counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, all misdemeanors; David W. Emel, 46, State College, misdemeanor retail theft and four summaries; Nathan Flick, 21, Milesburg, conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors; Dylan Grubb, 21, Bellefonte, three counts controlled substance DUI, all misdemeanors, and two summary offenses; Richard C. Harter, 44, Bellefonte, DUI and DUI over 0.16, both misdemeanors, and five summary offenses; Ethan Himmelberger, 21, Lebanon, DUI and DUI 0.1-0.16, both misdemeanors; James Holderman, 23, Boalsburg, DUI and DUI 0.1-0.16, both misdemeanors, and one summary offense; Rachel Kilmer, 33, Philipsburg, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Kline, 44, State College, theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors; Augustine Kun, 30, State College, DUI, DUI 0.08-0.1 and two summary offenses; Connor S. Leinbach, 21, Reading, DUI and DUI 0.1-0.16, both misdemeanors; Willie Lewis, 23, State College, misdemeanor retail theft; Devin T. Kasha Perry, 24, Howard, endangering the welfare of children, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors; Jonice L. Reavis, 18, Philadelphia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, misdemeanor; Wendy Richards, 48, Bellefonte, two counts disorderly conduct, misdemeanors; Tina Rittenhouse, 49, State College, simple assault and a summary offense; Hannah G. Scott, 18, Schwenksville, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Mark D. Stacey, 20, State College, possession with intent to deliver, a felony, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; Brandon Waite, 21, State College, four counts felony possession with intent to deliver, two counts felony criminal use of a communication facility, and three counts misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; Ricky D. Walk, 54, Bellefonte, misdemeanor DUI and four summaries; Nicole Wallace, 18, Philadelphia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, misdemeanor; Brandon J. Zoch, 19, Sunbury, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

• The following hearings were continued: Chrystal Barner, 28, Bellefonte, felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; Michael Cook, 30, Lemont, DUI and DUI 0.1-0.16, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; Tavon C. Davis, 20, Mount Pocono, possession of a small amount of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and a summary offense; Baruch Howell, 18, Hazleton, DUI and DUI by a minor, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; George Lugo, 21, Montebello, Calif., two counts possession with intent to deliver and one count criminal use of communication facility, all felonies, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; Devin J. McMearty, 19, Elkins Park, misdemeanor terroristic threats and a summary offense; Russell W. Moss, 22, State College, four counts felony possession with intent ot deliver, two counts felony criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

Steven Thompson, 45, Centre Hall, misdemeanor resisting arrest and two summary offenses; Jedediah Tumbleson, 31, Milesburg, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary offense; Randel L. Vavrick, 49, Centre Hall, retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors; Shane R. Vavrick, 21, Centre Hall, retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors; James P. Vozniak, 37, Milesburg, felony controlled substance.

• Charges were dismissed against: Jason W. Deitz, 38, Pleasant Gap, theft by deception and a summary offense.
