Police: Woman ‘went crazy’ in downtown State College McDonald’s

From CDT staff reportsMay 14, 2014

Charges are pending against a woman who State College police said “went crazy” in a local McDonald’s.

Police said the woman entered McDonald’s on East College Avenue in downtown State College around 3 a.m. Tuesday and threw a wet floor sign at a manager. The woman then allegedly lifted her dress over her head and flashed her genitals.

Upon police arrival, the woman reportedly tried to escape.

She was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment of an alcohol overdose, said Lt. Chris Fishel.

Once there, she was restrained and sedated, police said.

Fishel said the woman would be charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and open lewdness.

The act was reportedly captured on a McDonald’s security camera.
