Penn State football: Jones signs rookie contract with Tennessee Titans

Former Penn State defensive tackle DaQuan Jones signed a four-year contract with the Tennessee Titans on Thursday.

Jones, will make about $455,000 in guaranteed money according to a report in The Tennessean. The deal will pay Jones a base salary of $420,000 this season and jump to $510,000 in 2015. Jones is scheduled to receive a base salary of $600,000 and $690,000 over the final two years of his rookie contract.

The Titans used the 112th overall pick to select Jones in the fourth round of the NFL Draft last weekend.
