State College man sentenced for domestic violence

Darryl C. Noye, 36, was sentenced Friday to 60 days to 231/2 months in Centre County Correctional Facility followed by two years of probation.

Noye was found guilty in January of simple assault, reckless endangerment and false imprisonment, all misdemeanors. He was found not guilty of a felony count of aggravated assault and additional misdemeanor counts of simple assault and reckless endangerment. The charges stemmed from a March 2013 domestic violence incident.
