One of Indiana’s top high school football players is staying in the Hoosier state after all.

Four-star prospect Josh Barajas of Merrillville, Ind. decommitted from Penn State early Friday morning and announced his intention to attend and play for Notre Dame. Barajas announced his flip on Twitter.

The Andrean High star, listed at 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, is rated as the No. 2 inside linebacker in the country and the 157-overall prospect by 24-7 Sports.

He originally committed to Penn State in March, having narrowed his choices down to the Nittany Lions and Fighting Irish.

Barajas’ decomittment leaves Penn State with 15 players in the 2015 class. Archbishop Wood’s Jake Cooper is the lone linebacker in the current crop of prospects.
