Hawk Run man charged in Philipsburg Minit-Mart burglary

A Hawk Run man was charged with burglary and related offenses after police say he broke into the Minit-Mart on 325 N. Front St. in Philipsburg.

State police at Philipsburg identified Brandon S. Wilkinson, 18, on surveillance video as one of the people involved in the smash-and-grab burglary at 4 a.m. Saturday.

He was placed in Centre County Prison pending arraignment, police said. According to court records, Wilkinson was unable to post bail, which was set at $50,000.

The investigation is continuing, police said.
