Corbin, 42, Duncansville, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors, and a summary offense; William Coursen, 31, Centre Hall, misdemeanor paraphernalia possession; Jeremy Crawford, 26, Reedsville, two counts of DUI, misdemeanors; Megan Dininno, 28, Philipsburg, two counts of misdemeanor DUI; Harold Faust, 21, Yeadon, misdemeanor simple assault and two summary offenses; Ryan Gallagher, 18, Easton, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses; Samuel Hobbs, 21, State College, two counts of misdemeanor DUI and a summary offense; Ashely Kline, 26, Bellefonte, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Irene Y. Pesin, 43, State College, retail theft, false ID, violation of commercial licenses, all misdemeanors, and a summary offense; Tyler Ramey, 20, Mill Creek, misdemeanor theft by deception; Jessica Ramirez, 26, State College, two counts misdemeanor DUI and a summary offense; Joshua M. Rice, 20, Boalsburg, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Briana Ruffing, 23, South Fork, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; John Sollenberger, 38, Altoona, retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, all felonies; Curtis St. Clair, 25, Boalsburg, two counts misdemeanor simple assault and a summary offense; Leah Womack, 26, Coatesville, three counts DUI; Joshua Knable, 19, Williamsburg, theft by deception, a misdemeanor; Samuel Law, 24, Cresson, two counts retail theft and two counts receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors;

• The following people were bound over for trial:

Kyle Garry, 19, Farmingdale, N.Y., misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor drug charge, summary offense; Manda Jones, 29, State College, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; Jason T. Connor, 32, Julian, manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, felony; possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, both misdemeanors; William J. Lamb Jr., 23, Morrisdale, two counts misdemeanor simple assault and two summary offenses.

Jin An, 19, University Park, selling or furnishing alcohol and furnishing liquor, malt or brewed beverages to minors, both misdemeanors; Aaron F. Harris, 30, Lock Haven, four counts manufacture, delivery or possession with intent and criminal use of a communication facility, all felonies; Grady Dickey, 38, Philipsburg, felony manufacture of designer drug; Ryan Held, 22, Philipsburg, manufacture of a designer drug, class indeterminate, and misdemeanor paraphernalia; Keith Hiller, 41, Lake Ariel, five counts of endangering the welfare of children, DUI and DUI over 0.16, all misdemeanors, and one summary offense; Zachery Kight, 24, Bellefonte, DUI, DUI 0.1-0.16, endangering welfare of children and reckless endangerment, all misdemeanors, and three summary offenses; Gayoung Kim, 22, State College, selling or furnishing alcohol and furnishing liquor, malt or brewed beverages, both misdemeanors; Tyler Martz, 27, Bellefonte, DUI, DUI over 0.16, both misdemeanors, and one summary offense; Hannah Matos, 28, State College, unsworn falsification to authorities and false reports, both misdemeanors; Nicholas Miller, 21, McDonald, false alarms to agencies, tampering with fire apparatus and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors; Melissa Stamus, 46, Port Matilda, criminal mischief, a felony, and drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.
