Man charged with felony retail theft after Wal-Mart incident

State College police said a man was charged after leaving Wal-Mart on Benner Pike without paying for items.

Lt. Keith Robb said John Musser was charged with felony retail theft Wednesday after failing to pay for $584.55 in merchandise.

Robb said the charge was turned into a felony because it was Musser’s third offense.
