Alden B. Bass-Gainey, 28, Macon, Ga., theft from a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors; Luke A. Cimbala, 26, Pennsylvania Furnace, felony sale or transfer of firearms and misdemeanor unsworn falsification; Devin S. Conklin, 21, Pennsylvania Furnace, three counts each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, all felonies; Julie A. Cooper, 37, State College, DUI and DUI over 0.16, both misdemeanors; Kevin Desseau, 37, Bellefonte, DUI and DUI over 0.16, both misdemeanors, and four summaries; Jesse M. Kolbe, 18, Port Matilda, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia; Ryan Lee, 28, State College, three counts each of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, all misdemeanors; Hannah Matos, 28, State College, unsworn falsification and false reports, both misdemeanors; Joseph McCulloch, 20, Bellefonte, DUI and DUI by a minor, both misdemeanors, and six summaries; Levi D. Opsatnic, 22, State College, misdemeanor criminal mischief and one summary; Joanna M. Orban, 22, New Brunswick, N.J., two counts possession of a controlled substance and one count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors; Jesse N. Orellana, 50, State College, two separate cases, each with one count of felony retail theft; Todd E. Putman, 51, Sabinsville, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia and one summary; Kaitlynn Rearick, 20, Millheim, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors, and three summaries;

Melody L. Reese, 45, Bellefonte, three separate cases, including felony theft by deception and receiving stolen property, seven counts of misdemeanor bad checks and 17 summaries; Jesse P. Reitman, 18, Goldens Bridge, N.Y., three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors; Donald Ripka, 60, Milesburg, misdemeanor simple assault and two summaries; Dawn M. Robinson, age unavailable, DUI and DUI 0.1-0.16, both misdemeanors, and four summaries; John C. Walsh, 19, Mechanicsburg, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; Richard J. Wendel, 22, State College, two counts theft from a motor vehicle, criminal attempt and two counts criminal mischief, all misdemeanors; Adam L. White, 36, Lock Haven, felony retail theft and misdemeanor criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property; Richard Zhou, 19, Kendall Park, N.J., misdemeanor drug paraphernalia; and Zachary Silverman, 18, New City, N.Y., misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• The following people had their cases continued to a later date:

David A. Boulton, 56, Ramey, simple assault, two counts reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors, and two summaries; Patrick Brailey, 53, Imperial, DUI and DUI over 0.16; Ronald L. Eaken, 31, Tyrone, misdemeanor unauthorized use of an automobile; Bobby R. Kennedy, 26, Massapequa, N.Y., misdemeanor theft of services; Ashley McWilliams, 27, Bellefonte, misdemeanor accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and one summary; Patrick Minnick, 20, East Norriton, misdemeanor receiving stolen property and one summary; Phillip Pondexter, 34, State College, misdemeanor simple assault and one summary.

• The following person was bound over for trial after hearings: Michael Dashem, 30, Port Matilda, felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property.
