Children and Youth Day at the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts kicked off at 10 a.m. Wednesday in downtown State College.
On this special day for the youthful set, kids get a chance to sell their art. There also are workshops, dance, sing-alongs, many arts and crafts events and a grand procession through the festival site.
And the fun lasts until 3 p.m.
