Lauren Burd, daughter of Richard and Christine Burd, formerly of Lock Haven, became the bride of Stewart Sampsel, son of James and Gloria Sampsel, of Howard, on Sunday, September 6, 2009. The ceremony took place at Lauxmont Farms, in York.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Central York High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Buffalo. She is employed as an Office Administrator at Jefferson Wells in Tampa, Fla.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Bellefonte High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Buffalo. He is employed as an Account Manager for Reflectx Services in Tampa, Fla.
