Jody Agostinelli, a daughter of Edward and Linda Agostinelli, of State College, received a Juris Doctor degree from the City University of New York School of Law on May 15.
Agostinelli is a 1997 graduate of State College Area High School.
Matthew Lukens,of Centre Hall, was named to the dean’s list at Florida Institute of Technology for the spring semester.

Whitney Ferguson,a daughter of Cindy Parenti and Kenneth Ferguson, of Centre Hall, was named to the dean’s list at Westminster College for the spring semester.
Ferguson is a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School.
Nancy Johnson,of State College, was named Outstanding Office Professional for 2009 at the Penn State Educational Office Professionals spring reception at University Park.
This award is presented in recognition of an office employee who has provided exceptional meritorious service on behalf of Penn State in the areas of professionalism, initiative and leadership skills.
Johnson began her career at Penn State in 1970, with the last 21 years in her present position as administrative assistant in the department of biochemistry and molecular biology.
PSEOP also recognized Rebecca Bressler,of Julian, andRobyn Dyke,of Bellefonte, as honorable mentions. Bressler is an administrative assistant in the department of French and Francophone studies and Spanish, Italian and Portuguese; and Dyke serves the university community in the Special Collections Library Archives as its records manager.
