The Rev. Tyson Ferguson
has been assigned as interim pastor of Albright-Bethune United Methodist Church through June 30, 2010.
Ferguson began working in the church in 1993, receiving his first appointment as a supply pastor in 1994. He has worked with Ameri- Corps and has led mission teams throughout the U.S., England and the Czech Republic.
He was elected to the executive committee of the World Methodist Council in 2006 and has served on the United Methodist Campus Ministry Association’s national board.
Ferguson graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication specializing in organizational structure and theory. He also graduated with a Master of Divinity from Duke University.
Since 2004, Ferguson has served with the Wesley Foundation at Penn State.
