closeCentre Region Parks & Recreation will present the seventh annual Historic Harvest Festival from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center. Guests will be able to enjoy Colonialthemed activities such as candle-making and blacksmithing, historic toy displays, a nature walk and “giant” rabbits. There also will also be music by the Kalob Griffen Band.
The festival is free and will take place rain, snow or shine. The event has been planned and implemented by Penn State recreation, park and tourism management 356 students.
