Theft A student reported the theft of personal items from his room in Sproul Hall. The incident occurred between 0400 hours and 1000 hours today. The total estimated value is $969. Investigation by PSO Ricciotti.

Disorderly Conduct/Open Lewdness

A student reported she observed a nude male in a common area in Holmes Hall. The incident occurred between 0115 hours and 0130 hours on 6 September 2009. Investigation by PSO Jones.

Theft

A student reported the theft of a personal item from his room in Sproul Hall. The incident occurred between 0400 hours and 0900 hours today. The estimated value is $50. Investigation by PSO Ricciotti.

Traffic Crash

A student reported a two vehicle traffic crash in Lot Brown A. No injuries were reported and minor damage resulted to both vehicles. Investigation by PSO Rodgers.

PSO Rodgers filed criminal charges at Magisterial District Judge Jonathan D. Grine’s officer against Christopher P. Mangano, 80 Shadyside Road, Ramsey, NJ. Mangano was charged with Selling or Furnishing Liquor or Malt to Minors; Unlawful Acts Relative to Liquor or Malt and Brewed Beverages and Licensees and Minors Law Violation. The charges stem from an incident which occurred on 11 July 2009 at Atherton Hall, University Park, PA.
