Receiving Stolen Property/Criminal Mischief
PSO Aiken observed University owned property displayed in a window at Snyder Hall. The property was recovered and the room occupants, Shane Matthew Rowan, 7524 Bingham Street, Philadelphia, PA and Nicholas J. Spadaccini, 3149 South 20th Street Philadelphia, PA were each issued a citation for criminal mischief and released.
Drug Law Violation/Minor’s Law Violation
Officer Rider filed criminal charges with the office of Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia Jr. against Cody M. Fenello, 143 Blue Ridge Drive, Cranberry Township, PA and James E. Robertshaw, 127 Cromwell Lane, West Chester, PA. Fenello is charged with one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Minor’s Law Violation. Robertshaw is charged with one count of Minor’s Law Violation. All charges stem from an incident which occurred on 30 September 2009 at Simmons Hall.
