Sgt McClellan apprehended a male student at the intersection of Park Avenue and Shortlidge Road that was visibly intoxicated. He was released to a friend and will be referred to Judicial Affairs.

Aggravated Assault/Simple Assault/Recklessly Endangering another Person/Harassment
A Resident Assistant reported one student had assaulted another student in a University Park residence hall. The incident occurred approximately two weeks ago. Srdan Kalaba, 21 Jared Place, Lititz, PA was placed in Centre County Correctional Facility, where he will be arraigned on 22 October 2009. Kalaba was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering another Person, and Harassment. Investigation by Detective Wagner.

The parents of a student reported he was suffering from an emotional crisis and could not be located. The student was later located an determined not to not be a danger to himself. Investigation by Sgt. Tilden.
