At 1105 hours, a Wagner Building staff member reported someone had removed money from a cabinet located in Room 112 Wagner Building. The exact date and time the incident occurred is unknown. Investigation by PSO Ciambotti.
Vehicle Crash
At 1116 hours, two vehicles were involved in a vehicle crash in Lot 82 Pennypacker. No injuries were reported and minor damage resulted. Investigation by PSO Aschenbrenner.
Criminal Mischief
At 1131 hours, Eastview Terrace Housing employees reported an unknown person damaged tile flooring while moving a couch through a hallway in Nelson Hall. The incident occurred between 4 November 2009 and 5 November 2009. A damage estimate was not immediately available. Investigation by PSO White.

Theft
At 1426 hours, a student reported the theft of his bicycle from Warnock Commons. The incident occurred between 2 November 2009 and 3 November 2009. Value of the loss is $1000.00. Investigation by PSO Aschenbrenner.
Health and Safety
At 1302 hours, Centre County 911 reported a child was suffering a medical emergency at Bennett Family Center. Treatment was refused. Investigation by PSO Ciambotti.
Drug Law Violation
At 1947 hours, a Resident Assistant at Hoyt Hall reported the odor of burning marijuana coming from a room. The occupant of the room was identified and a consent search performed. The search revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Investigation by PSO Rider.
Request for Assistance/Attempt to Locate
At 1956 hours, a visitor reported two juveniles missing at the Bryce Jordan Center. The juveniles were located shortly after notifying our department. Investigation by PSO Medina.
Trademark Violation
At 1942 hours, Sgt Brien stopped two male visitors who were selling merchandise without permission near Bryce Jordan Center. They were identified and escorted from the area. Investigation by Sgt. Brien.
Traffic Crash
At 2114 hours, a visitor reported an unknown vehicle struck his parked vehicle in Lot Red A near the Information Sciences & Technology Building. Damage was minor. Investigation by PSO Townsend.

At 2121 hours, a visitor reported his cellular phone was taken from the Intramural Building at 2115 hours, today. Loss is $120.00. Investigation by Sgt. McClellan.

At 1545 hours, Sgt. Brien reported personnel from University Police assisted Bryce Jordan Center staff with the Miley Cyrus Concert. Approximately 12,587 people attended.
Minor’s Law Violation
At 2348 hours, a student who had consumed beverage alcohol while being less than twenty-one years of age was apprehended on Curtin Road at East Halls. The student was evaluated by personnel from Centre LifeLink Emergency Medical Services but subsequently declined treatment. Jennine E. Bradbury, 1429 Heather Ridge Drive, Newtown, PA, was issued a citation for Minor’s Law Violation and released to a friend. Investigation by PSO Thomas.
Minor’s Law Violation
At 2356 hours, a student who had consumed beverage alcohol while being less than twenty-one years of age was apprehended on Curtin Road at East Halls. Justin A. Delano, 12512 Sagamore Forest Lane, Reisterstown, MD, was issued a citation for Minor’s Law Violation and released. Investigation by PSO Miller.
Simple Assault/Criminal Trespass/Public Drunkenness/Liquor Law Violation/Harassment
At 0106 hours, a West Halls Resident Assistant reported a male who was not a resident entered a lounge located on the first floor of McKee Hall and struck a student and then left the area. The male was apprehended a few moments later on Curtin Road at McKee Hall and determined to be under the influence of beverage alcohol to the degree he could not care for himself. The male was identified as a student and determined to be less than twenty-one years of age. The male was transported to University Police and subsequently transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center via University Ambulance Service. Sean M. Pennetti, 30 Wyncroft Drive, Media, PA, was later transported to the Centre County Correctional Facility where he will be arraigned later today on charges of Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault, Harassment, Public Drunkenness and Minor’s Law Violation. Drug Law Violation
At 0035 hours, five students in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were apprehended on the north side of the Women’s Softball Field. Investigation by PSO Miller.
Suspicious Person
At 0224 hours, State College Police reported an unknown person was loitering near Beaver Stadium. The person could not be located. Investigation by PSO Rider.

At 0326 hours, personnel from University Police assisted University Ambulance Service staff at McElwain Hall with a student who was suffering a medical emergency. The student was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center. Investigation by PSO Cover.
Minor’s Law Violation
At 0333 hours, personnel from University Police assisted Centre LifeLink Emergence Medical Services at Hamilton Hall with a student who had consumed too much beverage alcohol. The student was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center. Investigation by Sgt. McClellan.
Alcohol, Minor’s Law
Sgt. McClellan filed criminal charges in the office of Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia Jr. against Brooke E. Wheeler, 4062 Boteler Rd., Mount Airy, MD. Wheeler was charged with one count of Public Drunkenness and one count of Minor’s Law Violation. The charges stem from an incident which occurred 23 October 2009 near the McCoy Natatorium.
