    Sabine and Doug Lutz lost their 19-year-old son Coy after a rodeo accident in May 2016. In response to the tragedy, they started the Coy Lutz Memorial Scholarship Fund to help high school kids like Coy. On Friday and Saturday, they helped host a PRCA event at the Grange Fairgrounds as a tribute to their son.

State Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman, R-Benner Township, visited Homeland Manufacturing Services in State College to learn more about clean energy production and the industry’s job growth. Pennsylvania is 41st in the nation in clean energy production, according to the United States Energy Department.
