What, if anything, differentiates those whose hatred satisfies itself by acts of violence? That question was asked in a letter April 30 by Marylouise Markle. She denigrated all religions stating they “cultivate an ideology of fear, hatred and resentment, born of ignorance and inflamed by ugly and violent propaganda.” She then cited examples, which, in her mind, indicate all religions are equally evil.
