State trooper, a former Penn State football player, injured during shooting after 18-hour standoff in Latrobe

A former Penn State football player who was a part of the undefeated 1994-95 team and who now serves as a Pennsylvania state trooper was shot and injured in the line of duty Friday in Latrobe.
