A 45-year-old Philipsburg woman was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment after verbally attacking a 62-year-old Philipsburg man, according to state police at Philipsburg.
According to a police report, at about 1 p.m. Wednesday, Janet Oswalt was leaving the Weis parking lot when she saw the victim sitting in his vehicle near Your Building Center.
She then pulled over, got out of her vehicle to approach the victim, yelled “homosexual slurs” and “obscene language” at him, police said.
The accused then got back into her vehicle, drove about 5 feet and stopped before getting out again.

Then, “the accused bent over to expose her backside and yelled further obscene comments at the victim,” got in her car again and fled the scene.
