closeTwo arrested on drug charges in Lock Haven
Two people were arrested Monday by Lock Haven city police on felony narcotics charges following an investigation that involved the Attorney General's Office and Pine Creek Township Municipal Police, the Lock Haven District Attorney's office announced this morning.
Kaloni Johnes, 29, of 5564 Windsor St., Philadelphia, was arraigned on two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin,) and one count eah of conspiracy to delivery a controlled substance (cocaine) and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Jones' bail was set at $249,999.99.
Holly Lynn Morgret, 23, of 411 W. Martin St., Avis, was charged with one count of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one county of criminal use of a communication facility. Her bail was set at $150,000.
The two are scheduled for preliminary hearings on May 13.
Clinton County District Attorney Michael Salisburg said the arrests stemmed from Lock Haven residents recognizing drug trafficking and contacting police with information.
